What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always provide a free, in home, bathroom inspection so we know what you have. We'll ask you what is and what is not important, and from there we provide you with different size, style, color and pricing options. What you do with the information is up to you. All we ask is to meet and speak with the homeowners of the property as most projects are more complex than what was originally thought.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our installers have been installing our Onyx showers for a MINIMUM of 10 years. And because of their expertise, we offer our customers an industry leading lifetime, NON pro rated workmanship warranty for the original purchaser.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask: 1) Do they have an Iowa OR Nebraska contractors license. 2) Do they have work comp and liability insurance FROM THE COMPANY or only from the contractor who installs the job 3) Is your shower acrylic (most use acrylic and our product is much stronger, durable and beautiful than acrylic). 4) What type of workmanship warranty do you provide your customers (most give 1 or 2 years compared to our lifetime warranty) 5) Do you offer a free, follow-up inspection on the work you provide (if they are confident in their quality, they'll put this in writing. 6) What is your score with the BBB 7) How long does it take to arrive at my home for installation?
