Every home is unique, and projects vary. A price will be provided at design consultation considering the budget discussed at initial consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Consultation: -A walk-through of your home/space. -A detailed discussion of design ideas, lifestyle, and esthetics as well as services needed. -A conversation to include budget, projected start dates, and what to expect moving forward. Design Consultation: -A design concept and layout provided based off of measurements taken at initial consultation for review. -Shopping recommended material and finish samples for selections. -A design quote provided upon material selections and labor required. Contract Signing: -A detailed scope of work including all design services rendered. -Design Layouts, Renderings, and Elevations. -Material specifications and warranties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With an eye for design that feels both instinctive and inspired, Shay Foreman has built a successful career in the design world. Starting in 2017 at a high-end staging company, she quickly made a name for herself sourcing stunning furniture pieces and creating elegant, timeless spaces. Her natural ability to curate and understand what makes a room come alive was evident from the beginning. Her journey didn’t stop at staging. As she honed her craft, Shay expanded her expertise into kitchen and bath remodeling, seamlessly blending functionality with beauty in some of the most important spaces in the home. Her transition from decor to more structural design has only deepened her passion for creating environments that feel both personalized and purposeful.

Rather it’s with me or someone else always make sure the contractor working on your home is licensed, bonded, and insured for your own home security.
