What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have many different promotional discounts to keep the pricing competitive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love working with new customers. I try to give them detailed information on what to expect. I try to show my knowledge of homes during the entire process so a new customer can be as comfortable working with me as everyone else.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In the last 20 yrs I've been a certified home cable/phone technician, a certified satellite dish technician, a licensed HVAC journeymen, as well as a licensed home inspector to name a few. All these and more has given me unique experiences with different home services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have an extensive commercial/residential construction background (about 20 years). I wanted to use that background to keep challenging myself while being around less people at one time lol.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a various range of interesting customers. Residents, realtors, investors, builders, contractors to name a few.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had an inspection recently on a single family home on a very rainy day. When I started the customer wasn't sure how detailed I could be in the rain. Once I got through my checks the customer realized how much more I was able to inspect just because it was raining. That worked out good for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I believe a customer should consider multiple options when searching for a good home inspector. referrals, reviews, word of mouth etc. Just one of these things may not be enough.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers usually have different reasons for needing a home inspection wheather they are buying, selling, etc. It is a good habit for customers to write their questions down before they schedule an inspection.
