I started out as a real estate investor Remodeling and renovating homes. Over the past couple years we've put together a team of builders and subcontractors and we have so much passion for building beautifully sound homes for our community! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price by the job by industries standards. A lot of the times our price points are determined by ZIP code and software generation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First Step would be visualizing the project. Following that we would get something on paper to begin your project!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've always been very analytical. I specialize in delegating and contractual agreements.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as an investor and I was the general contractor on my own projects. We specialized in house flips. But we unfortunately kept fixing until we had the nicest house in the neighborhood. So we didn't make a whole lot of money but I was such an amazing experience. As time pasted I started filling the gaps between my projects. I started to realize how much my guys counted on me keeping them busy so it just kept trickling down.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love helping others with their American Dreams! We like doing renovations, ground up builds, decks, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels. Everything!! We've worked with a lot of investors and we've worked on a lot of expensive homes. We are very good at problem solving and we love taking on challenging projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just did 11 windows, a custom pergolo, and new vinyl siding for a customer in Springfield. It took us 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for references and a contract. Laborers get fatigued really easily so make sure you have your agreement in writing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We can always brain storm and discuss anything we need to. I've always been a preacher of "there really aren't any bad questions"
