What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Free estimates, each project does vary and I bring all samples to your house to see what you’re looking for and what we can provide to assist in your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule a free estimate which we are booked about a week out, do offer virtual appointments that we can respond faster, and we order all the materials for your job on the 4th business day after your signed contract. Depending on which product you choose our shipping takes 3-10 weeks for the majority of our items. Which our current back log is 12-16 weeks. Most installs happen in 1-2 days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Grew up in a construction family, and when to college for architectural drafting and Biblical studies. Worked for another contractor for 13 years before going off on my own.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked for a national bathroom remodeler for 13 years and wanted to stay more locally (throughout Montana) and be able to be involved in our local communities.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with any customer as long as you’re the owner of the property, we work with multiple lenders to be able to offer financing as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Anytime that we can improve the safety and allow our customers to stay in their home longer brings us joy. Most installs can be completed in as little as one day but has a 24 hour cure process before you can use it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always recommend to get multiple bids, and there should never be pressure to buy something on the first visit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure that everyone is licensed and insured. Who is the one that performs the work? who does the plumbing? will you be communicated with throughout the entire process of the project.
