I would recommend a homeowner to check references and make sure contractor is licensed in Omaha Nebraska and has the correct license and insurance. I would recommend homeowners look at previous project photos and possibly visit Similar projects if necessary I would also recommend homeowners compare apples to apples when comparing bids- the best way to do this is to have plans drawn up - basic plans for small projects- professional for large involved projects to ensure all aspects are bid the same.
