What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very competitive with our competitors, we can just sell products for you to install on your own or installation is offered for any aspect of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Russell's Contracting will come to your project take a look and go over your needs and ideas. We then set up an appointment to have you come in and take a look at cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colors, what ever the project my need we offer inhouse. Then going over pricing and deposit structure to insure your complete comfort in starting the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 100 years combined experience between the kitchen designers, carpenters and architect that are all inhouse employees.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with budgets ranging from $5,000.00 up to over $100,00.00 so we will look at most all projects and give a idea of start dates and time frames based on your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently wrapped up a project in Derry NH that was first floor hardwood flooring rip, new kitchen and bathroom install, new hardwood flooring install and replaces all trim to give a more modern look. We used quartz countertops to lighten the room and added seating for the family to use.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When your hiring a kitchen remodeler its hard to get a apples for apples quote its really stacked against the homeowners due to the amount of materials out there. Thats why a complete bid is very important. Its one person to talk to hold accountable and Russells Contracting welcomes it.

Take a look at what you want and be honest with us about the budge we can get you there but its easier if were all honest about the cost.
