What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I schedule an on-site consultation to discuss their vision, needs, and budget. I then assess the space, take measurements, and provide initial suggestions. We collaborate with the customer to refine their ideas, I always work with my customers budget and keep them in the loop every step of the way turning their dream into a reality

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Well I started at the age of 15 years old so no training like hands on training at an early age.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with my girlfriend’s dad at the age of 15 part time on the weekends. I learned all types of home remodeling kitchens bathrooms and basements and from there I fell in love with the business. I said to myself I want to owen my owen company one day so I did

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client with a 1980s-style home that needed a complete refresh. The kitchen had dark, cramped cabinets and outdated countertops, the bathrooms had old fixtures, and the basement was unused storage space. My team and I came in and completely revitalized the home—knocking down walls to create an open-concept kitchen with sleek cabinetry, installing high-end quartz countertops, and adding a spacious island. The bathrooms were upgraded with luxury walk-in showers, custom vanities, and modern tile work. The basement was transformed into a stylish open entertainment area for the family. This kind of project not only improved the home’s aesthetic and functionality but also increased its value. Seeing the client’s reaction to their dream home coming to life made it one of the most rewarding projects that we have completed. Plus many more like this that we have done it is what we specialize in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say look for a licensed and certified pro with the proper credentials with at least five years of experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What there budget is ? When are they ready to start the project ? Have they picked out the right fixtures tiles etc. that they want installed ?
