We offer up to 15% to new customers and discounts for returning customers. We are licensed, insured, and bonded,and we offer discounts and with different types of lenders for those big projects here at West's Property Maintenance and More We don't work for subcontractors, and we don't sub out any work.We work directly with the customer . Note that a $50 charge will be added if you are located outside of the 25-mile radius of EHT .Payment is done at an estimate.However, if you decide to accept my estimate, the fee is it's waved.Thanks again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is structural based on time and my availability. discounts I try to give depending on the project anywhere between 5% to 15% give you a little bit of savings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I strive to make the customer feel not pressured , sure then that they could trust me that they found the right person for the job. I'm a very honest person. I'm not afraid to basically tell you how it is when it comes to your home or a lot of contractors will either lie to you or deceive you I'm going tell you the truth Even if you don't like it. I'm in business to have a long relationship with you not just one job and move on. here at West property maintenance and more we strive to help the customer making their best decision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 40 years experience in construction, I also have had journeyman's license in plumbing & heating not in NJ. I have a CMT license for condos and apartments, I Have 2 associates degree (1) business management, & (1) mechanical engineer, I'm bonded and insured and licensed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a mechanic I've learned at a young age to do what I enjoyed to do which is fixing things and providing a service to others and helping where they need guidance

What types of customers have you worked with?

pretty much all different types of people in general commercial and residential

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was a living room renovation and with planning and budgeting with a customer it took approximately a week pictures on my site.

look at least three pros before making its decision
