In my estimates I included everything that's required for a legitimate business. This things are labor,materials,over head & profit margin.

I like to meet in person and create a relationship and also to make sure we have a clear understanding of task on hand.

I went to a technical school and received a certificate for electricity and at same time took classes on structural building and code regulations.

I took on a job many didnt want to, it was working with adobe it was a very rewarding experience

I think it's important that people take the time to meet with contractor on a one to one interaction to make sure it's a good fit. After all it is a relationship and people need to feel comfortable.
