I have spent over 20 years in the design and home renovation industry. I have designed custom closets, pantries, entertainment centers kitchen and bathroom cabinets and garage storage cabinets. I have spent the last couple years renovating condos and townhomes and flipping them. I have also aided clients in decluttering and organizing their homes and also in the selection of furnishings and accessories for their homes including window treatments. I have access to a general contractor and many licensed subcontractors including plumbers, electricians, paint and drywall, and flooring and tile installation experts. I can project manage and oversee renovation projects. We specialize in vacant staging of homes to set them apart from the multitudes available on the market, A professionally staged home is 69% more likely to sell with less days on the market with little or no price reductions. A potential buyer will spend approximately 5 minutes in an un-staged home and up to 45 minutes in one that is expertly staged and organized. We create that "awesome first impression" both online with photos and from the front door inviting a buyer to come in and explore. We can also assist in converting a residence into 5-star AIR BNB or short-term rental which is especially important in this Las Vegas market to get top rental revenue. Many investors are pleasantly surprised with what it costs to furnish a short-term rental and we do it usually within a 2-week period. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have no set pricing schedule although our first initial consultation is $250 for up to 2 hours on an in-person visit to the property. Pricing after that is dependent on whether the client would like a full report with pictures and recommendations, hands on staging of client's existing furnishings or our company providing our furniture and accessories for the project. We also can provide packing assistance for a fee, shopping services charged at an hourly rate with a separate invoice for items purchased for the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually will call or invite potential client to call at their convenience to discuss their scope of work and then schedule an on-site visit and take it from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have completed a certified Expert Staging Course, but aside from that I have spent the last 20 years in design and renovation of both residential and commercial properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It has always been a passion of mine to beautify not only my own home but also by helping others by designing projects that will help them make their home or office a reflection of their lifestyle and tastes.

My own home....We took our 1980's townhome here in Vegas and pretty much completely gutted it and updated it to reflect us!
