What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick 30 minute no obligation review of your bathroom with pricing. We want to be respectful of your time and give you an honest estimate with no sales pressure.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are factory certified BCI Acrylic Installers that have been in the field for over 8 years now doing bathroom remodels.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owners have both worked in the remodel field for 8+ years. One is a licensed contractor and one was a top sales rep for the worlds largest plumbing supplier, it only made sense to put two heads together and try to save our customers even more money.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types including those who just moved in, those who are selling, seniors who need safer solutions for the bathroom, people who are price conscious. We've done it all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a job for a Veteran who recently beat cancer and is selling his home to retire in Florida. Such an awesome person to deal with and his positivity made it us want to give his bathroom the chef's kiss! He was so happy we ended up doing another major remodel in his master bathroom.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

9 times out of 10 it boils down to price. I would make sure you're dealing with a reputable company that has great service, warranties AND pricing. A lot of companies offer (for instance) acrylic replacements, but the pricing is wildly different for the same materials and labor. We keep our pricing fixed and on your side when it comes to pricing your project.
