What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to give both quality work and fair pricing. We make sure to explain all the charges up front and be upfront and honest. We do offer 20% off for First Responders and our Veterans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we schedule a free estimate. We come out to take measurements and discuss your project and what you're looking for. We will determine if you want us to purchase and or pickup material, or if you want to get your own materials. We provide an estimate and answer all questions along the way. We will follow up and assist in the entire process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a 3rd generation Tile setter/installer. I have over 20 years of experience in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family grew up Tiling from Italy until they came to the US. As a young person my grandfather and then father taught me the business. I have been doing this ever since. I am retired law enforcement and am now doing this full time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all facets of customers ranging from single family homeowners to condo owners to small families and larger families. I have worked for many diverse groups and speak Italian and Spanish.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked on a full bathroom remodel that took about 4 weeks from demolition to finished project. I am very proud of this particular project because the customer wanted a custom design with their initials our of tile and we made a custom shower and took out a wall to make the shower bigger and more roomier. This was very intricate in detail.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would advise making sure you feel comfortable with your tile person, make sure you advocate for yourself and what you want in a finished project. make sure you and the provider work well together and are on the same page.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you are explained upfront pricing, the project timeline and full project inspiration and expectations. Make sure what you want is agreed upon by both parties and each person has their voice.
