What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All design fees are on a flat fixed per project fee. There is upfront price transparency when creating project estimates. Everything is broken down so that you know exactly what you will spend on each it item and labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For every new customer I like to start with a 30 minute discover call to get a clear sense of them and their project to see if we are a good fit, then we would schedule a consultation, after which is the design agreement and then beginning the design process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a LEED certified interior designer with 12 years of experience in the industry in not only design, but construction and project management. In addition, I have worked internationally for 6 years doing both residential and commercial design projects as well as creating architectural concepts.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad had a construction business and I loved seeing how things were built. Once in college, I realized I loved the built world and wanted to create spaces for people to live in.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the course of my 12 year design career, I have worked with all types of clients; business owners, stay at home parents, investors, individuals wishing to visualize their new business idea, international clients etc. I specialize in residential interior design projects, but work on commercial projects as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research. Make certain that they get what you are trying to create and are willing to truly help you execute YOUR vision. Ask about cost and be certain you know why and what you would be spending. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
