Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
When we quote your Remodeling project, we always include the cost of labor, materials and, if applicable, permits. The client has the option of purchasing their own fixtures or we can purchase fixtures, appliances etc for you for an additional 20% procurement fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We insist on always personally meeting our new Clients, in person. We will walk through the project, on site, with the Client to ensure accurate quotes and Quality Assurance. We provide free Quotes and Design Consultations where we can work with our Clients to ensure their Remodeling Vision comes to life and is understood by our design team.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our Licensed Contractors have over 20 years experience in the Industry. Our teams are all seasoned and trained laborers working under the close supervision of our Contractors on every project. Our Administrative Managers hold Masters Degrees in relevant fields of service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After being enrolled in College twice, Pablo (General Contractor) realized his passions were working with his hands and pursuing a career in the Construction Industry. For all of his adult life, Pablo has dedicated himself to his craft and has been recognized for his meticulous and detail oriented work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with Clients of all types. The Bachelor who is looking to spruce up his Bachelor Pad. The Newly Weds moving into their first time home and making it their own. We've worked with Small and Large Families to Renovate their homes to accommodate new arrivals or looking to change the form, function and/or design of their home. We've also worked with Elderly Clients who are in need of ADA Renovations so they can live out their Golden Years more comfortably.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a Basement Remodel in Plainview. The space was completely unfinished. It was like a Blank Canvas that gave us the ability to work with the Client to creatively imagine the design that would give each family member their own unique space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make a connection with a Contractor with which you can communicate. It is important the Contractor understands your vision and can convey back to you the feel and design you are looking to accomplish. Obviously, make sure to vet the professional and their company to ensure they have the proper licensing and references to ensure you are receiving the highest quality and expertise.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Depending on the size of the project, you will be in close proximity to the Contractor and their team for weeks and maybe months. It is important that you find a Contractor who is respectful of your space. Take into consideration that certain parts of the home may be inaccessible for periods of time. At times, Electrical and Plumbing may be unavailable for extended periods of time. Although our team prides itself in keeping a tidy and orderly workspace, materials, construction debris and dust may be present at times.
