What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer senior and military discounts. Our main goal is not to be the cheapest, but to do a great quality job at a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I (Eric Hedges) talk to you on phone, setup appointment, Meet with you and go over project and work you up a quote.. Then we set up date to start job. We go over contract and we go over everything. We discuss hours of work. WE DONT start a job and leave. Once we start your project we are on it until completed. Final payment is not collected until job is completed and job gone over to make sure customer is happy with everything.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked with my dad in the early 2000's up until about 4 years ago when he retired.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all our projects. From decks, bathroom remodels, wheelchair ramps to smaller projects...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured. Being BBB accredited is good with good rating, photo of there work and customer reviews and wesbite.
