the same process. review what they want and give them options then give them a proposal to that effect

graduated from LCCC votecnical school and 40 years practical experience

out of high school I started construction and loved it. still do 40 years later

What types of customers have you worked with?

all kinds of from opulent. mansions to HUD apartments historical restoration to fire damage. so we've worked with homeowners businesses and insurance companies

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

total fire damage on 150 year old farm house total restoration could not purchase wood trim so I fabricated it all deep sills and 8 inch baseboard and trim custom tile and open beams it was fun

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure what their telling you is correct. Google it

exactly what they want and what the budget is to make it happen
