What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I may host multiple meetings should I need to bring in my plumber and/or electrician. Then after the onsite I'll get clarification on the scope of work. After that is confirmed I'll work up an estimate. The estimate is presented to the client along with a timeframe of the work. After that we can get started.
