All prices and fees are very reasonable and competitive based on current market prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a conversation to introduce myself, followed by questions to help me get a good idea of what the customer is looking for. Lastly, I set up an appointment to see the project in person before providing a actual price for the service. Once we meet in person and agree on the price, I ask for a deposit of 25% or $250, depending on the project. Initial deposits depend on length of job. Sometimes we only need to do 1 deposit until project is complete. Once project is complete, and the customer is satisfied, the final payment is due and we ask for a review to know how we did.

Me and my team fully renovated a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, house in the Mount Airy section of Philadelphia. Started in August , finished in September.

I suggest to always ask for pictures of previous work, and also ask about the experience of the service provider.
