I have been an established contractor for over 40 years i was alicensed construction supervisor with builders license in Massachusetts Sometimes I had as many as 18 employees In Williamson County a builders license is not required for projects under $25000 I havn’t had the need to take test and cover expenses for builders license Been remodeling here constantly for over 30 years If necessary I can have my architect or associates or homeowners pull permits At one point I went to the Nashville Zoo to help them out for two weeks and ended up staying for 12 years as their resident master carpenter Currently my niche seems to be bath and kitchen remodeling although I still do all aspects of construction I am also an established painter and do electrical and plumbing I have hundreds of reviews and pictures I spray cabinets, build patios and pergolas, trim work and make furniture
