What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based upon the overall scope of the project. Our estimates are done at no cost to the customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set a date and time to meet onsite. While there, we discuss the customers needs, address any concerns regarding the process and map out a sequence of events for project expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We hold General Contracting licenses in Texas and California.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working with my stepfather at the age of nine doing electrical work. Although I went to school to be an engineer, I fell in love with building and renovating homes and businesses.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Just about everyone. We work with homeowners, real estate professionals, business owners and investors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I think one of my fondest was a full home renovation for a veteran and his wife. He served for 32 years. They were ecstatic when we were completed. There home is around 2200sf. It took about 4 months. Completely gutted the home and re-laid out the en suite.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Outside of ensuring the contractor knows what they are doing, I would emphasize they are trustworthy and very honest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the contractor qualified to do the project? How many projects of your type has he done? What exactly are you trying to achieve with the project and what outcome is expected?
