We pass on our partners discounts on products & materials. This ensures we are respecting your budget. Our goal is to save you money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

During our visit, we complete a free inspection of your bathroom and will assess the remodeling options that will best suit your bathroom. We will explain the different remodeling services we can perform for you and will walk through our process. We are an Onyx partner & we also have access to over 5,000 tile options.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 plus years of experience. Always learning & training. My main focus is customer service. When you become our customer, I want to make sure you are 100% happy & satisfied.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are do not do repair jobs. Search Thumbtack for tape bed & texture or dry wall repair to find the right professional.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. Having worked for years in remodeling. Everyone’s case is unique in its own way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

jobs can take from 1 day to several weeks, depending on the type of materials. Acrylic & Onyx bathrooms we normally finish them in 1 to 2 days. Tile and other 1 to 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We specialize in the wet area of you bathroom (tub/shower). Additional services such as vanities,countertops,flooring, paint can me added to any job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We are a bathroom remodeling company. We demo your old moldy and mildew tiles/walls. We demo down to the studs. We do not repair existing bathrooms that were installed incorrectly. That's a repair job. We do not do repairs.
