Our written estimates are valid for 30 days. We detail & list each process allowing you to have full transparency of the scope of work needed. Deposits & payment structures can be modified to suit.

We take the time to discuss options & ideas. A thorough measure & survey of the existing area insures no need for return trips if customer decides on a change of fixture or materials. Once the customer has agreed on the proposal/estimate a contract is signed & deposit collected. After the 3 day right of recession, ALL material for the project are ordered immediately. Once everything arrives it is staged & inspected to ensure everything is correct,damage free & accounted for. No work commences until we have everything needed to complete your project in an acceptable time frame. During the project, the customer is kept abreast of each phase & informed throughout. The end result is a quality finished project.

Having been in the industry for over 25 years, from my days as a plumbing apprentice, tradesman, lead foreman to project supervisor, installation manager & operations management, I have worked through every phase gaining valuable knowledge & skills to give you superior service. My experience in all these areas has given the ability to carve out a niche specializing in bathroom renovations & safe bathing remodels. We have seen it all & have the knowledge & experience to ensure a successful completed project. We are Licensed by the state & carry $2mil aggregate general liability insurance.

After my grandmother broke her hip & needed a bathroom modified for her needs, and struggling to find capable contractors to do so, I knew there was a need for such services.

We work with everyone. Mostly residential homes, but also have experience in Commercial buildings & Healthcare facilities.

We are fond of all our projects & customers, however a recent project for a disabled veteran allowed us to change the existing garden tub into an expansive roll in shower allowing the homeowner to shower independently & safely. This was a 6 day project.

Take your time in selecting the contractor that is a right fit for you. Search out contractors that specializes in that area, do you really want a roofer remodeling your bathroom? Be willing to get multiple bids from various contractors. This allows you to compare products & services giving you the information needed to make an informed decision. Take your time, try to avoid the "one call closer" sales type that pressure you into signing immediately. Make the right choice not the first or only choice.

Always try to have an idea of your vision to show your contractor. Collect pictures of similar projects along with materials & colors etc. The more you can show, the easier it is for your contractor to get a better understanding of your finished masterpiece & ensure an accurate estimate.
