My pricing is based solely on the work needed to complete the job, and in line item format.

It starts at the meet and greet first. I ask if there are ideas you have or pics of what you would like , and see if you have ever been through a remodel. I will take measurements, draw up plans, and give you a upfront expectation of what is going to take place. I’m not here to say everything can be done, but rather show you if it is feasible for your home/project. After I have everything prepared I would like to meet in person once more, and make sure we are I the same page with what will take place.

My family, mostly my grandfathers whom were both carpenters. I remember going through a whole home addition at our home, watching them work, and give me a hands-on training at the same time!

I do a lot of additions from the ground up. No project is too big or small. I can read plans and render plans also if needed. We have a team of skilled professional to help put a job together.

The most recent has been a complete restroom remodel. I always let people know I can only see what’s visual, and not behind the walls. I was told someone fixed the issue with plumbing only to find out nothing had been done correctly, needless to say we fixed the issued,and the look turned out great!

Take time, and do research for what trades you will specifically need. Don’t go based off price, but off the actual detail in the proposed contract.

What trades will need to be done to execute this job? For instance, if I were needing a bathroom remodel that I wanted to change from a tub to a walk in shower would I allow my tile guy to do the plumbing for that? No, he isn’t a master at that trade. Other questions such as would you return if there is a problem with the job completed? Are you insured?
