Consult through the phone or at the site before anything is agreed upon. Some things that are typical - what material is needed, if any? What time frame is required? Pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Trade learning from experience in construction, around the house and learning how my dad fixed EVERYTHING

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working for my neighbors. It all started when I built a closet organizer for a neighbor. The word got around and soon I had 6 clients a week for various jobs - carpet cleaning, walking dogs, varnishing banisters, hanging photos, installing outdoor patio shades, and way more.
