Introduction

We've been in business for over 27 years and have a solid reputation for doing quality work. We have a high rating here on Thumbtack, as well as great references from past clients, architects, engineers, and more. We have completed everything from small, residential jobs to large new construction commercial projects. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we're prompt, clean, and professional. Our proposals are clear and concise, and our billing aligns directly with our proposals, barring no changes in the scope of work we initially bid. We are a transparent company and take great pride in our work, our services, and our reputation.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have been in business for many years, producing quality projects for an array of clientele. All of our work shows the level of quality and professionalism we provide. That said, we are competitive in our pricing, but we are not considered a "discount" General Contractor. Our projects can range from a few hundred dollars up to approximately $20m. We enjoy working with the most discerning clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically, we like to meet our clients to discuss their project, their budget, and their expectation of their contractor. Usually, during the initial discussion, the client can get a feel for us, as a company, and we can get an idea of what type of client we are working with and what their needs are.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We are considered 4th generation in the construction industry, 3rd within Southern California. Our CEO started in the field prior to the age of 10, and has been focused on quality work and a professional etiquette which surpasses most General Contractors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Historically, we have worked with building owners, property management companies, tenants, and we have developed long term relationships with those clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure your contractors are licensed, have General Liability insurance, Worker's Compensation insurance, Commercial Auto insurance, and always give you a detailed scope of work, no matter the project size and/or dollar amount. Additionally, make sure that all prospective bidders on your project are bidding the same thing so the prices are competitive and concise.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1) Do I have the funding for my project? 2) Do I have a scope of work for prospective bidders? 3) How do I develop a scope of work? 4) What services do each General Contractor offer? 5) How long will my project take? These are some basic questions to ask yourself prior to starting a project. Unfortunately, you don't know what you don't know, so the first step in a construction project is to find a quality Architect, General Contractor, and/or a Structural Engineer. We have the ability to provide all of the services you need for a quality project, so please feel free to contact us.
