We provide free estimates because every job is unique.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Mainly meeting the customer on site for a free consultation to listen to them as to what is they’re looking for

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years of experience added to six years of teenage apprentice puts me at a position where experience is my main education. Never the mess besides college education which adds higher level of professionalism I have been trained in the field to better local Codes and modern tendencies, as well as environmental and energy efficiency trend.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With a decent background when I was in fine carpentry and wood working when was a teenager, then I went to college for a a 4 years Marketing and Business Administration degree.... but my mind was all set into entrepreneurship, there for I saw a better chance to succeed in this field as my degree was in a Forein country. I started working with a friend who has this type of business for about 18 months right after, I started my own business in 2005. Ever since I’ve been by my own doing all size and kinds of projects, and as of today besides working for customer, I run a Real Estate team where besides helping our clients to buy or sell their house, we do investment properties of our own and for some other partners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home Improvement with residential customers and Commercials as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I bough a shell in NW DC for 500k which I transformed by redesigning myself and adding over 1500 SF. It took a bit over 6 months and now is listed for sake at 1.295.000 after a full rebuild of almost 400k. I think the project turn out to be very nice. Will upload the link if this thing allow me

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Besides proper credentials such as licensed and insurance I believe just knowledge is not enough, you need to feel connection and empathy with the people you are working with, me particularly choose not to work with clients I don’t feel comfortable with not even for triple of the pay. After this many years of experience I can say for sure that when client and contractos breath the same air everything falls in place and solutions to even the most problematic issue are found easy. Selecting a contractor it’s not any different than choosing any other relationship, after all you are engaging to deal with somebody for X amount of time and X amount of issues.
