We are usually the lowest price for the best quality around and 1 stop shopping!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet in person to look at their project and get to know them a little and what their vision is. Then come up with a materials list, maybe text with a few more questions, get their email and send an estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 30 years experience doing remodels plus a 2 year schooling program learning about rehabbing homes from the ground up.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a real estate investor first, flipping houses and renovating rentals then took it a step farther creating the construction company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Those just buying a new home, elderly who need ADA accessible, investors who need a full house renovation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A small craftsman home that needed a full interior renovation. The team knocked it out in about 45 days! First time we had done a German Schmere on a fireplace and the client loved it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are a good communicator and do quality work because communication is key as well as quality craftsmanship to getting the results you want.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What their budget is and to make sure who they hire are legit and have a good reputation for doing good work.
