Our pricing is transparent and based on project scope, materials, and permitting needs. We provide detailed estimates up front—no hidden fees. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts on larger projects or bundled services (like DADU + landscaping).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a discovery call to learn your goals, followed by a site visit. Then we deliver a clear proposal and timeline. Once aligned, we handle everything: design, permitting, construction, and final walk-through.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our roots are in development—we’ve built over 350 units in Seattle—so we bring deep understanding of construction, land use, permitting, and maximizing property value. We’re constantly evolving with local code and design trends.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in real estate development, building multi-unit housing in the Seattle area. Over time, we expanded into custom residential work to meet growing demand for DADUs, ADUs, and smart remodels.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone from homeowners adding space for family, to property investors and developers optimizing their land. We also support first-time renovators who need full guidance from A to Z.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a DADU for a family hosting long-term guests. It had a modern design, full kitchen, and separate entry—built from permit to keys in just under 4 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask how many REAL projects they’ve done in your area. Experience with permitting and city requirements is just as important as good craftsmanship.
