Our pricing is based on paying for work that has been completed and materials that have been used on site. This protects you and your money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first visit is a free consultation to better understand your project. A custom quote and contact will be sent after we meet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed and insured general contractor Master-certified tile installer with CTEF Remodeling Specialist with NKBA -- the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Remodeling Specialist with NARI -- the National Association of the Remodeling Industry Certified Living in Place Specialist - home accommodations for injury, illness, and aging.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started by remodeling our own homes and realized we wanted to make it a career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers on large and small projects. Our goal is to make your home the way you want it and make sure the job is done safely and to code standards.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This really depends on the project. Small ones can take a day or two, larger ones can take months to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured. Next, check for certifications. Having a third party validate skills is very important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Define clearly what you want and what you expect. Also, it is very important to decide what you are comfortable investing in a project. You will have a successful project and better experience if you have this two items clear.
