Starting out as a lawn care and landscape company, curb appeal is the game. Good communication, hard labor, and punctuality are key components that I had with my customers. Now that I have a junk removal and property cleanup company, I apply those same attributes to every job and I maintain 5 Star Rating. It gives me great joy to cleanup a property!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are competitive and sometimes even lower than the average! I see it as your advantage to get good work for a lower price

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Very simple really! If you are very clear of what needs hauled, you don’t have to even be there! Either way, I come in a clean up the property and when I’m finished, I take venmo, PayPal, or etc. so payment are easy. From start to finish, it’s a very easy process

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A good understanding of recycling practices, truck and trailer maintenance, and a understanding of how to pack a trailer are extremely helpful for this job. It also helps that I have done manual labor since my youth so nothing is too big of a problem and I enjoy helping people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I bought a dump trailer for landscaping purposes which I sometimes do and realized there was a need for people to have their junk hauled off. The relief I get from having junk hauled off from my place makes me feel good when I do it for someone else.

What types of customers have you worked with?

With all types and will continue to do so! I will haul off anything!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

After the winter storm came in, it knocked down a lot of limbs down in a clients yard. I have mowed the property in the past so it was great to clean up the mess and restoring the curb appeal of the place.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I’ve been hired in the past by clients who have a set amount they want hauled off, but once I get started they think of other things they want hauled off and I’m more than happy to do it for them. Don’t be afraid to ask! I want you to have a great experience when all the junk is hauled away and you feel good about getting your money’s worth.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just be clear on what you want hauled off and the pricing you both agree on. Communication is key, other than that, very simple process
