SO PLEASE ONLY REACH OUT IF YOU WANT ME!*** I do junk removal and some furniture moving/delivery if it's a few items or less. i dont do full moves, but i will provide u just labor if needed. Anything over 30 miles from my zipcode mileage pay may be additional. Additional charges may apply hazardous materials like paint and batteries, any appliance with freon, etc. Additional charges: Hazardous materials. $15 min- $40 max Appliances $20/ea. Appliances with refrigerant/freon. $35/ea water heaters/ac units $40/ea. Mattresses/box springs. $10/ea. Extra labor ex. (moving pile rock/dirt). TBD Other charges may apply. For junk removal, I have a standard size truck bed of just over 6 1/2ft long. ***Reminder... a large sectional couch, or a 3 seat sofa and loveseat, and ect. IS NOT A 1/2 TRUCKLOAD!!!*** Not even if you stack them its not a 1/2 load. I will do my best to fit everything in as few truckloads as possible, but if there ends up being more than the original amount or you're just completely underestimating load amount, i will be charging extra.
