What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a $ 50.00 if you book 2 days in advance. Our price is based on quantity of items and also on weight. Dirt and concrete removal is a higher price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can give you a quote on site or you can send us pictures via text and we can give you an idea. The best quote is always on site, but we can give you a range based on pictures.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working with properties and construction for over 20 years. Our truck and workers are very experienced demolishing and removing junk. Our truck is a dump truck and is able to complete multiple loads in one day.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started in Junk Removal Business because we used the services on construction jobs. We needed the services and sometimes the service was late and not done completely. So we decided to buy our own truck and offer services ourself. We treat you like we would like someone to treat us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with Homeowners, Realtors, Contractors, Designers, Landscapers, Commercial Property Managers, Probate Attorneys, Fix and Flip investors, Schools, and Churches.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We visited a recently Widowed person, and they were clearing out their house for sale. It was a pleasure to help them clear out their house. We gave them a discount because of the circumstance. To our surprise she mailed us a check with a tip after she closed on her Home sale.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our advice for client looking for Junk Removal is to have a list of all items you wish to throw out in advance. Once you pay for service you don't want to forget to throw out items after truck has left.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Price and professionalism. If you will have someone go inside your house to move furniture to truck, you want workers to be careful and not damage walls or floors.
