What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very competitive and is always backed by the high quality service that I provide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I use the same process for all my customers. I first make sure we are clear about what needs to happen and when. From there we breakdown logistics and discuss any concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over a decade of training in asset management which started during my military service. I have also completed over 200 moves with great reviews.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started in this field by helping people reorganize their garages and storage units. This allowed these spaces to become more accessible and functional.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with both homeowners and business owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I am fond of would be the reorganizing of a garage that was not accessible because of boxes, furniture, etc.. When complete more than 50% of the garage was clear with the rest of the items stacked in a functional matter. This took a matter of hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give someone looking to hire a professional in my area would be to confirm they have the tools and equipment to complete job in the time alloted.ⁿ
