What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our price option's for you: Option 1. Labor moving or packing (without truck) 2 movers $ 110 per hour 2 hrs minimum. $30 travel fee. Option 2. Studio or 1 bedroom apt. 2 movers & 17ft truck. $250 first 2 hrs ($95 additional hour) 2 hrs minimum service. Note: if your locations are more than 15 miles away from our location (Zip code 20705) $40 travel fee will be added. Option 3. 2 Bedrooms. 3 movers & 17ft truck. $390 first 2 hrs ($150 additional hrs) 2 hrs minimum service. Note: if your locations are more than 15 miles away from our location (Zip code 20705) $40 travel fee will be added. Option 4. 3 bedrooms. 4 movers 24ft truck. $599 first 2 hrs ($160 additional hr) 2 hrs minimum service. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To initiate the process, customers are encouraged to submit a request for a quote conveniently via our direct website. Once received, one of our dedicated managers will promptly reach out to the customer via phone call or email. During this conversation, we will discuss important details such as date availability, start and end locations, inventory, and any other necessary information. Our team will be more than happy to address any questions or concerns the customer may have. Following the discussion, the customer will receive a comprehensive email containing an accurate price estimate. This allows them to thoroughly review the details and bring up any additional questions or concerns they may have. Once all the information has been confirmed and the customer is satisfied, they will be required to submit a booking deposit of $50 to secure their reservation.
