Introduction

Hello. My name is Rob. I will provide the same excellent customer service I have for years as a licensed service electrician. I will always use the correct disposal means to ensure every item goes to the right place. I will utilize transfer stations and make extra trips to locations that recycle all hazardous materials correctly. The environment we all enjoy and Customer satisfaction are very important to me. As an electrician I am the king of problem solving. Whatever the job. Big or small. We will figure it out and get it done. I focus on quality and I don't cut corners. What you can expect right away is, I will show up in the service window scheduled. I will be in uniform. The estimate is always free and I have all the tools to do any job.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is from my straight forward price book. My prices are fair and very competitive. I will work with a customers budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will introduce myself. I will listen to the customer. I will create a job to secure the customers service date and arrival window. On day of service I will notify the customer that I am on the way via text and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). When I arrive i will be in uniform. We will go over the scope of work. I will give a price guaranteed not to change. All estimates are free. I can book a date from there or remove the items on site. If the customer requests, I can give a price without coming to the customers location as long as I have a description of all items needing removal. once work is complete, I will collect payment and send an invoice to the customers email. I can also send quotes to a customers email.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Education or training for junk removal, none. Service, yes. I am a licensed service electrician. I am just getting started with the jump into junk removal. I will provide the same professional customer service as I have for years in the cities and surrounding areas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I already had the dump trailer and all the tools I would need, so I decided to put them to work during all the free time I have.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types. I have been an electrician since 1999. I have been running service calls for the largest companies for the last 10 years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am just getting started. I have only had one job so far, to remove a treadmill. I did get one other call I am going to tomorrow to remove a bed and shop vac. The first customer said he would leave a 5 star review but I guess he forgot. Hopefully the customer tomorrow will leave me one :).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Coming from the electrical world, I would say look for licensed people because they do things the right way and don't cut corners. I am not sure how you would know that a person for junk removal is doing it right. I have an EIN, state tax i.d., I did a b.o.i.r. and all the trimmings to do it the right way. I guess you could pay attention to the process they use. If it seems professional, they will more than likely be professional. If they seem half as?ed, you will probably get that. Hope that helps.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The only questions I've gotten so far is "how much". I would say, make sure they have all the tools to do your job. Do they have the right equipment. What kind of space do they need for parking. Flexibility and where the items will be discarded. For example, I will primarily use transfer stations to ensure all items are sorted and all items go to the right place.
