Our focus at Pro Valet Services is providing convenience to all customers while working with quality and efficiency. We are passionate about serving the community we grew up in and doing it with a smile on our faces. Our pricing is straight forward and we won’t tell you one thing and then charge you another. More times than not, we quote based off of pictures and stick with that quote. We are family owned and operated and can’t wait for the opportunity to make your life easier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is straightforward with no surprises. Customers always have the ability to add items on site if they want something else removed. We don’t like to “nickel and dime” customers and price for what is fair for both parties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will reach out as quickly as I can to learn about the needs of a customer. If I can, we give an estimate over the phone or text via pictures for the project. We like to stick to our quotes and don’t have surprise fees or extra charges unless you decide to add something that wasn’t previously discussed. We will schedule a time that works for both of us and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’ve got hands on experience not only with moves but with junk removal. It’s usually a pretty simple process and we enjoy doing it for others.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’m a former professional athlete of 10 years who has experienced a lot of moving and accumulating of stuff. I recognized the need for removal services and wanted to provide this service to others with a smile on our faces.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with commercial and residential customers. We have worked with roofers and renovators to college students and the elderly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped an elderly couple remove a lot of furniture as they anticipated a future downsize. We were able to donate and find a new home for all of the items we removed!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always be honest and transparent and we always do the same! Find a business that feels right to you and support local!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are the items easily accessible? When do I want the work done? What condition are my items in? Are there hazardous materials or safety concerns for junk removal specialists to be aware of?
