Introduction

During this spring season we are offering discounts on most residential moves. We spend time customizing each move to fit each individual customer. We also offer flat rates to customers who need to know the bottom line right away.We are also a certified carrier for the State of NC. Bull City Movers Plus has been around for more than a decade and is still a customer friendly family oriented moving company, who prides itself on making a hard move easy for our customers, that is safe and affordable. Having the chance to help someone solve their immediate problem. We also enjoy creating a level of flow and peace to make what looks hard seem simple and easy for our customer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer both hourly and flat rates. We specialize in giving flat rates for long distance moves. We also have apartment specials. %10 off, school and senior programs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We explain to our first time customers what makes us different than your average mover. We share with them that it is more about service to them than it is the money. Lastly we customize each move, no two customers are the same.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All moving professionals have to tariff and MRT training. We have had such trainings and we have disaster and bad weather training. How to lift and use your body properly while carrying furniture.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After years of working for a parent company, we branched of and became a company that produces a family atmosphere. We pride ourselves on making a stressful process easy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

load and un- load houses apartments, storage's, pods and, ABF trucks. We also do Staging for Interior Decorators and Contractors. separations, last minute emergency moves. construction clean up.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just recently moved couple in real bad weather, where there was a lot of ice. They had a lot of Ice at the front door when we arrived. They were concerned for our safety and their furniture. we assured them by first clearing all the ice on the walk way then laying furniture pads. we also padded all wood items before bringing them out of the house. They tipped the whole team!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want to make sure that it is a provider that speaks a language where you hear them talking about safety and affordability. You also want to be careful or professionals that slander other professionals, because they want be sensitive to your moving needs, it is only about the payday for those professionals.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should ask the professional about there insurance coverage and experience in moving. They should also be mindful if the professional is more concerned about their moving needs being met and not just the pay day.
