What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A roof is measured by squares, each square is a 100sf (10ftx10ft). Our services range from $270-$400 per square, depending on the type of shingles selected by the home owner, overlaying, decking replacement, roof pitch, roof size, and other factors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In order to save money to our costumers we like to give a rough estimate over the phone (instead of spending gas and a representative salary). 1. we will ask for an address and then order a report from our GAF Quickmeasure tool for free. if the property is covered with trees we may have to swing by and manually measure the roof. 2.Once our costumer agrees to our quote we will send a technician to examine the roof frame and decking from the attic space to get a more accurate price. 3.We will send our potential costumer a final quote for signature, and schedule a date for the replacement. We will collect a 10% deposit at this point. 4.we will collect an additional 40% deposit once the materials are at the property. 5.once the material are on site we usually finish a project in 24 hours.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always had a passion for construction, ever since I remember myself I had toy tool belt and I would run around the house trying to fix things that aren't broken.

I worked with many costumer during my carrier residential & commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My company does full home remodel and roofing is only one division. latest project we did was at Bellaire area in Houston where we did a full home remodel with a budget of $450k. Of course it was fun working with such a large budget and so many high end materials.
