What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a 12x8x4 dump truck that is the equivalent of 7-8 pickup truck loads . We usually charge by the weight and volume of the materials we are hauling . We also factor in Accessibility to the job site .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make sure to show up the same or next day after our Initial contact with the customer, depending on the time of day . When we show up to give an estimate we are ready to get started on your project then or schedule it at your convenience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve spent pretty much all my life on various styles of job sites. From cleaning up demolition to cleaning out rentals and remodels. It all goes hand in hand with junk removal.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I use to work for a junk removal company before I always wanted to start my own business

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with pretty much every kind of customer. Residential and commercial. We work with everyone from people that have a few unwanted items laying around the house to extreme hoarder situations . We work with contractors and realtors . We do job site clean ups and evictions. We have also gotten rid of sheds , pool tables and hot tubs . No job to big no job to small we remove it all .

Know exactly what you want removed and provide as many pictures and details as possible so your profesional can meet your needs .
