What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication! We are always an email, text, or phone call away. We ask several detailed questions, such as your square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and whether it is a normal or deep clean. Feel free to ask us any questions, too!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our cleaners have experience in professional cleaning, and they undergo a background check. They also have a valid driver's licence and are insured and bonded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started cleaning homes for the elderly, and when others saw our work, they wanted us to clean their houses too.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of residential cleaning, from move-in/out, routine, deep, spring, and cleaning for the holidays, are available.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, we assisted someone in decluttering, another client we helped clean their home before they moved, and even assisted in unpacking and organization.
