Introduction

How would you like to have your house cleaned by two wonderful people. We retired from Honda 8 years ago and have been cleaning houses ever since. I worked at Honda for 32 years and my husband worked there for 12 years. Then we moved here to wonderful Alabama. We have cleaned for a person that was in cyber security and tested us to see if we would steal from them. We worked for them for 7 years because they trusted us so much. There are two of us so we will not be in your home as long as one person would be so you can have more of your day to enjoy. We clean the same way every time we are in your home. Things we include in a general cleaning. Cleaning ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards and chair rungs. We pull out all the chairs from the table and clean under the table not around it. If we can sweep under the bed that will also be done. We will also include an oven cleaning the first time we clean for you. We can help with organizing cupboards, closets, garages and refrigerators. We also clean Airbnb’s. We mop, dust, make sure refrigerator is clean, microwave cleaned and oven cleaned. Your Airbnb will be clean every time for every guest. The first time we clean for you we expect to be paid in cash before we start. I have even included pictures of our fur babies. A clean home is a happy home. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you. Thank you Cleaning Partners Lisa Chris

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am fair and competitive and I go a step farther in my cleaning. Prices start at $100.00. Anyone that refers us to a friend and they hire us after third cleaning will receive a one time $25.00 discount on their next cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to go and see the house and give an estimate then. If they would like to sit down and talk I am happy to sit and let them get to know me for a bit. Also they can do a one time clean to make sure they are happy and comfortable with us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Been cleaning my own homes for 40 plus years. I have had a few clients that have upped my cleaning also. I have been cleaning other peoples homes now for over 8 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After retiring from a full time job that I worked at for 32 years I was looking for something to do. I needed something to occupy my time and I like to clean.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I had a successful business in Ohio. My schedule was full and most of my clients were with me from the beginning to when we moved.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Cleaning an oven for a client that was getting ready to list their home for sale. She was very happy. Ovens usually take me about an hours to clean.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for someone that you feel comfortable with. Ask for references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
We do general cleaning and one step further. I clean the blinds every time we are there plus the baseboards. I dust the bottom of the dressers, sides of beds and cabinet door fronts and chair rungs. That is things that should be asked. Do you clean these also. This is what makes a house a clean home.
