What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here’s a general outline of the typical process we use for working with a new customer. Initial Contact: The first step is to establish contact, typically via phone call or text. This is to introduce ourselves and understand the potential client’s needs. Needs Assessment: We then go deeper into understanding the client’s specific requirements. How often does the property need cleaning? Are there any specific areas that require extra attention? What are their expectations in terms of cleanliness and hygiene? Property INformation: We find out more about the property to be cleaned to better assess the task at hand. This will help in providing a more accurate quote and identify any special equipment or supplies that might be required. Proposal & Quotation: Based on all this information, we then provide a detailed proposal outlining our services. Client Approval : Once the client is satisfied with our proposal, we agree on a date and time and go over payment terms, cancellation policies etc. Service Execution: Our team will arrive at the scheduled time and execute the cleaning service as per agreed upon plan. Feedback & Review: After every cleaning session, it’s important to get feedback from clients about our work. We don't leave until the customer is 199% happy. Regular Maintenance: With regular service appointments and continuous feedback implementation, we keep the house sparkling clean, so the customer can focus on what's important.

Regarding our cleaners, they come from diverse backgrounds, many of them with significant experience in the hospitality field. This previous exposure allows them to understand the high standards required in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. As for education and training, all of our housekeepers have more than 3 years cleaning experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all began from something as simple and personal as keeping our own home tidy. Our friends and family would often pay us visits and couldn’t help but compliment how neat and well-kept everything was. Realizing that we had a knack for maintaining cleanliness, they started asking if we could lend our skills to clean their homes as well. We found joy not just in the process of cleaning, but also in seeing the satisfaction it brought to others. Seeing people happy, content, and proud of their living spaces was deeply fulfilling for us. This is when we thought about taking our love for cleanliness a step further. Thus, Elite Maids House Cleaning was conceived. We decided to professionalize our service so that more people could benefit from it. It’s more than just a business for us - it stems from our passion for cleanliness and creating joyful spaces for individuals. Now every day is an opportunity to spread happiness through what we do best!
