What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are hourly but for reoccurring customers after the first clean you get a discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process with working with a new customer is understanding the type of clean and the space that we are working in. That way we can give an accurate quote on time and then to set the appointment. We always do a deposit to ensure the time and day of the clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Everyone, a part of the company has been thoroughly trained on how to clean in a timely and efficient manner. They have also gone through chemical testing to ensure safety on the job site.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this type of work when I was a young child working with my mother and cleaning houses and as time progressed, I’ve gathered a love for the industry, and I like to make people feel at peace with themselves because people don’t always have time to clean because they have so much other things going on or the struggle with the process of cleaning and so with this company we’d love to help people in that aspect.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had all different kinds of customers that ranges from hoarding situations standard cleanings and re-organization projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I was fond of was a complete deep cleaning, and re-organization of a two bedroom two bath apartment and it took four and a half hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give to a customer looking for someone to do a house cleaning is to get someone you are comfortable with letting into your home. It is very important that you are open and honest with us because we need to be able to make certain accommodations for our customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Something the customers should think of before we go in and cleaning is if they have running water which is essential for cleanings. And how comfortable well the customer be if they are in the home while we are doing Cleanings, sometimes it is best for the customer to leave the house mentally. But regardless we can go through and walk you through everything that is going on during the clean.
