We handle many AirBnB properties and know exactly what to do to ensure your guests have a great experience and your property is maintained with the utmost care. We handle many different commercial properties as well, including offices, medical facilities, warehouses and other commercial properties. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every house/location is unique. Things that will affect your cleaning estimate include the square footage of your place, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, number of rooms, etc. Will All Commercial Cleaning & House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount? The first cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits since it could also take longer. Once this initial visit has occurred, your location's cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleaning tasks!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer we require square feet of home, and details on what needs to be cleaned. We don't do contracts so one time cleans are welcomed. Upon arriving at the client's home, our team understands what is most important to them during that visit. Always paying attention to detail in every corner of the house. This process is for all visits.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our staff members from the back house customer service to the team in the field are all HCT (House Cleaning Technician) certified. The HCT certification covers interior cleaning of residences, including sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, non-disaster restoration, and routine maintenance. Upon achieving the certification, you demonstrate that you can clean a home effectively and safely.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our non-profit, Playground 4 Hope, allowed us to start providing house cleanings and declutter projects for students apart of the foundation. Seeing the look on their parents faces, and feeling the raw emotion of joy after a clean, we KNEW we had to just had to start Deep Clean Phoenix! Our team looks forward to providing those same feelings daily, giving HOPE, one home at a time!

Tips to hiring a cleaning company: • Provide square feet of home • Describe the work needed to be done •Type of clean: one-time, deep clean, or bi-weekly etc • Don’t always go for the “lowest” price. Quality is always key in the service industry, be mindful that you get what you pay for. •Provide appointment availability •Sit be, relax, and allow us to service your home. Repeat!
