Our Initial Deep Cleaning, Move Out/In Cleaning and Residential Post Construction/Remodeling Cleaning are all billed at $100.00 per hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We perform an initial deep cleaning of the entire home, making sure every room gets cleaned from top to bottom.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Fernando Mendez Jr. has over 25 years of management experience in housekeeping maintenance and also as an owner/operator of a management consulting firm for local janitorial companies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My wife and I started this company on March 19, 2011. My wife had been unemployed for several years and I lost my job due the problems with the economy.Since we both had many years experience in the cleaning industry it made sense to open our own cleaning company.

Alex's Cleaning Service has just recently won the 2015 & 2018 "Best Company Award" by HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack also the 2014 & 2016-2017 "Super Service Award" by Angie List. BBB has also just given an A+ rating fast than any company has received their rating.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the reviews and any awards, honors or accomplishments the cleaning company has received in past before they make their decision on which service to hire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When you decide to get your house clean by a cleaning service, ask yourself whats more important a good quality detail deep cleaning or a quick and lousy cleaning for a low price?
