What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule an appointment, visit the job site, ask lots of questions, get knowledge of their expectations: what’s most important, product preferences, and what’s been their experience with cleaning companies?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 30 years of experience in business, 20 in residential and commercial cleaning. I’m continually learning about cleaning products and home goods to ensure you receive industry leading service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mom owned her own Cleaning company when I was growing up. After working for large corporations for 10 years, I decided I wanted to do a job that was rewarding and physical. 20 years later I’m still loving it!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential :We have worked with large families, single parents, seniors, homeowners with multiple animals, dogs and cats are the norm, but I have encountered pigs, lizards, birds and ferrets. Yes, in the House! Commercial: We have cleaned for Cardinal Health, a Nuclear Pharmaceutical Company 3 Buildings, High Health a Retail Chain, To See Square a Golf Manufacturer. Look Up and Live Ministries Church, Coach Stores, and Johnny Was. These are just a few of our clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have recently provided construction cleaning for Johhny Was and Coach. It's intense, because it has to be done perfect, in a short amount of time and it's always the day before a Grand Opening!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key, the more information provided, the more accurate your bid will be. We will know your expectations and strive to exceed them.

What type of : Showers (All glass, Some glass, Curtains), Stove top (Gas or Glass) Flooring (Carpet, Tile, Wood, Marble) these items can alter the quote.
