What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We're currently offering a 50% off discount on your first clean when you book a recurring service with us! For one-time cleans such as a move-in/move-out clean or deep clean, we offer a 15% new client discount!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can get you squared away with a 5 minute phone call! We'll ask you a few questions about the services you're looking to receive, details about your home, and preferences about the services being rendered inside your home!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company is bonded and insured, and each of our cleaners pass a background check before ever stepping foot inside a client's home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always kept a clean and tidy home, and my friends always turned to me for advice on how to stay clean and organized in all facets of life. I tell them it first starts in maintaining an orderly home and the rest will follow!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all kinds of customers! We work with busy couples looking to outsource the cleaning of their home, property management companies wanting their units deep cleaned before a new tenant moves in, and short-term vacation rental owners needing turn service before their next guests arrive!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just recently finished a move-out clean for a beautiful, massive home in Chandler where the previous tenants left an absolute mess. It took our team nearly 12 hours on a weekend to finish the job, but we restored that house to it's former glory!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're able to, take the time to get to know the owner/operator of the business. You can glean some pretty great insights by simply having a 5 minute conversation with someone, and you might be able to draw some conclusions about how they conduct business even before they step foot in your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask about discounts the company is running. They'll usually give you a discount just to earn your business--so always ask. Also, make sure you understand what specific details are included in the service your purchasing! Seems obvious, but many people are left surprised once the work has already been completed!
