Whenever possible, we schedule a virtual call to see the space and discuss details, or we ask for photos, so we can provide an accurate estimate. From there, we customize the cleaning based on what the client needs most, always aiming to make the first experience unforgettable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our training comes from hands-on experience, dedication, and always being open to learning. Over the years, we’ve studied best practices for deep cleaning, eco-friendly products, and techniques for different types of surfaces and finishes. We also believe that attention to detail and love for what you do can’t be taught — it comes from the heart.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started Help House Cleaning because we wanted to help people feel good in their own homes. It all began by helping friends and neighbors, and word of mouth brought us more and more clients. What started as something small became a real passion and our full-time work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all kinds of customers — families, single professionals, pet owners, landlords, and even people getting their homes ready for sale or moving in. Each client is unique, and we love adapting our services to what makes sense for them. Some need regular maintenance, others need deep cleanings for special occasions or life changes. What they all have in common is that they trust us to take care of their home like it’s ours.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent projects was a deep cleaning for a family that had just returned from a long trip abroad. The house had been closed for months and needed a lot of care. It took us about 6 hours, but seeing their reaction when they came back to a fresh, spotless home made all the effort worth it. It’s moments like that that remind us why we love what we do.
