What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm very flexible with prices, I try to be fair. The house apparently has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it has a small square ft, so it is worth negotiating the initial value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer's need must be respected. The first contact I try to understand this.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a personal organize course and this helps me a lot in organizing the house (when I am allowed and I have the possibility). It's not my demand mainly but I believe it gives a special touch to the work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 2019. I worked for hotels and Airbnb, which demand unprecedented excellence. I realized that I also had the ability to clean residential houses and apartments.

The most varied customer and/or demands. Mainly for families.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be honest about your need and give credibility to the hard work. We have a knack for cleaning, but there is nothing more impressive than a customer who is respectful.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Price, time to finish the cleaning, and define well what you want done.
